- Extend pantry 1ft into closet, giving pantry additional room.
- Eventually, completely knock out hall closet, allowing room to extend the sink area in the bathroom.
- Raise wall behind couch so that couch is no longer visible from front door area.
- Wall should extend up approx. 3.5ft
- Put wood slab on top of wall for aesthetics.
- New railing will begin at end of wall closer to kitchen area.
- Eventually, this will allow us to mount a coat rack on wall, along with floating shelving for photos, etc.

Maria spoke to Sarah at Sea Cliff Building Department on 7/21/21 and asked how wide a driveway can be. Sarah said she didn't think there is a maximum width, but recommended checking the Village code on the Sea Cliff website.
Found the following on the Sea Cliff village code website...
For properties used for residential purposes, no curb cut shall be greater than 25 feet in width 2, closer than 25 feet to any street intersection, closer than four feet to any property line or closer than eight feet to any other curb cut. [Added 5-11-2020 by L.L. No. 5-2020]
