Chicken Vegetable Soup⚓︎

Ingredients⚓︎

4 chicken thighs2 small zucchinis (seeded)2 medium onions3 tbsp flour3 C broth ( 2 bullions, 3 c water)

Directions⚓︎

Cut chicken into strips and brown in frying pansauté chopped onion and zucchini for 2 mins. Slowly add flour and stir. Cover and cook over medium heat for 2 mins.Add broth and chicken to vegetables. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 30 mins
